In this Masterclass, Bar Manager Aidan Bryan will explain the history and development of cocktails, the science of mixology and his own expertise on how to create the perfect cocktail. The class will involve mixing various cocktails, tasting the ingredients, and studying techniques. And, of course, enjoying the sumptuous results at the end!
