As a celebration of the game season, the Flavours of Autumn Masterclass explores different ways of cooking grouse, partridge and venison. Executive Chef, Martyn Nail, will talk about the preparation of game and will then make several dishes both classic and contemporary with the practical help of members of the class. The dishes will then be enjoyed by all.
