    We can help you plan the perfect business event at Claridge's. Here is merely a selection of ideas on how to take advantage of all that Claridge's, its sister properties and London have to offer.

  •   Group of 40 Delegates Group of 70 Delegates
    Breakfast After being welcomed through the dedicated private events entrance and directed to deposit belongings in the cloakroom, guests can register in the French Salon and indulge in hot drinks and pastries. Guests are welcomed through the dedicated, private Ballroom Reception and directed to deposit belongings in the cloakroom before moving into the Ballroom Reception to register and enjoy coffee and pastries.
    Morning Session Guests are invited into the Drawing Room for a theatre-style meeting. Guests move through to the Ballroom to find their place at tables set up in caberet-style seating.
    Morning Break       The French Salon acts as the perfect break-out space, with tea and coffee.
    Lunch Guests can enjoy a meticulously prepared lunch in the French Salon whilst organisers can be served lunch in the Drawing room foyer. A seated lunch or standing buffett is offered in the Mirror Room.
    Afternoon Session U-shaped style meeting in the Drawing Room with state-of-the-art technology and stage set up for presentations. Guests return to the Ballroom for a classroom-style meeting whilst syndicate sessions can be hosted in the suite of meeting spaces on the sixth floor.
    End of Day Drinks The French Salon provides a break-out space where refreshments can be served. Cocktails can be served in the Ballroom reception.
    Evening Event Dinner to be served in the Drawing Room, with an oval set-up. Speeches and dinner event commence in the Ballroom.
    Late Evening Event   Dancing in the Mirror Room.
