Simply having a wonderful Christmas time

No one loves Christmas more than Claridge’s. At this magical time in London, a spectacular Christmas tree lights up our famous art deco entrance, rooms and suites are filled with delicious treats and there’s storytelling for wide-eyed children on Christmas Eve. On Christmas morning, wake up to the sweet sounds of a choir before a festive lunch at Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge’s; and, in the joyful spirit of Christmas past, take a horse-drawn carriage for a carefree ride around Mayfair. Christmas at Claridge’s is an unforgettable experience brimming with the warmth, joy and glamour that belong to the season, all overlaid with a sprinkling of Claridge’s stardust.

Book a two-night stay in one of our impeccable rooms or suites and find a bottle of champagne and festive treats freshly baked by our pastry chefs waiting for you when you arrive. Christmas has begun. Near to our famous Christmas tree, there will be traditional English storytelling for children at 6.30pm on Christmas Eve: a special reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ to which everyone is invited. Children place mince pies and carrots on the mantelpiece in hopeful anticipation of Father Christmas and his reindeer. On Christmas morning, wake up to the sweet singing of a choir and stockings for everyone, including grown-up children. Enjoy a magical ride in a horse-drawn carriage around Mayfair, with hot chocolate and marshmallows. Christmas lunch, created by Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan, will be served in Fera at Claridge’s. On Boxing Day, enjoy a leisurely start, a perfectly-cooked breakfast and a late check-out, sending you on your way with goodwill… until next year.
