Airport Transfers

Start as you mean to go on, with a private transfer by luxury car. Sit back and relax as one of our experienced, knowledgeable drivers whisks you from the airport to Mayfair.

Travel by Mercedes S-Class or V-Class and BMW 7 Series. Other vehicles, including larger executive coaches, are available on request. All come with in-car Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected along the way.

Chauffeur-driven airport transfer

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you, ready to help with your luggage and drive you straight to Claridge’s. This private service is available for arrivals and departures from all London airports, heliports and train stations.

London Heathrow transfer:

  • Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7-Series £220 for a one-way transfer (maximum 3 passengers)
  • Mercedes V-Class £240 for a one-way transfer (maximum 6 passengers)

London Gatwick transfer:

  • Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7-Series £295 for a one-way transfer (maximum 3 passengers)
  • Mercedes V-Class £320 or a one-way transfer (maximum 6 passengers) 

Aircraft meet and greet

Our airport concierge service begins the moment you touch down. We'll meet you from the aircraft and make sure every step of your journey is smooth and effortless. Then, on departure, one of our team will greet you outside your terminal. They'll take you through all the airport procedures - escorting you to your boarding gate, with no delays.

Travel with complete discretion and utmost comfort with our VIP premier service, available from London Heathrow Airport. Having been met at the aircraft, you’re transported to the calm, private Windsor Suite. Here, you’re free to work or relax while we take care of security procedures. Then bypass the terminal and travel straight to Claridge’s in your choice of chauffeur driven car.
