As a celebration of the game season, guests will explore the different ways of preparing and cooking grouse, partridge and venison.
This cookery master class begins on Saturday 5th October 2013 over tea and coffee in Claridge’s elegant Art Deco Foyer. Following the practical tutorial, a grouse pie lunch will be served in Claridge's kitchens.
The Game Master Class is priced at £175 per person.
