As a celebration of the game season, guests will explore the different ways of preparing and cooking grouse, partridge and venison.
This cookery master class begins on 10th October 2015 over tea and coffee in Claridge’s elegant Art Deco Foyer. Following the practical tutorial, a grouse pie lunch will be served in Claridge's kitchens.
The Game Master Class is priced at £225 per person, all inclusive.
