A rare glimpse behind the scenes of Claridge’s prestigious kitchens
Our executive chef, Martyn Nail, will share some of the secrets behind the preparation, cooking and presentation of Claridge’s menus, whilst preparing a number of dishes with the practical help of some members of the class.
Each dish selected for the dinner will then be served to the class with complementing wines chosen by Claridge’s Sommelier.
Designed with gourmets and foodies in mind, this is a truly unique and exclusive experience.
The cost is £275 per person, including:
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
