Our executive chef, Martyn Nail, creates delicious, inventive dishes that focus on provenance and sustainability. 

His modern British cooking uses fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. There are many organic elements to his menus – including a full organic breakfast menu and organic options for lunch and dinner every day.

The daily cheese board includes a British cheese of the week.
