The menu
Our executive chef, Martyn Nail, creates delicious, inventive dishes that focus on provenance and sustainability.
His modern British cooking uses fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. There are many organic elements to his menus, including organic breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The daily cheese board also always includes a British cheese of the week.
A selection of seasonal items are available on our mini-bar with a range of soft and alcoholic beverages as well as a selection of snacks such as chocolate, crisps and nuts.
