SKINNER'S EIGENGRAU TO OPEN IN WEST END
Date: 10 Mar - 10 Apr 10
Event: Eigengrau
Location: Bush Theatre
Eigengrau, the new black comedy written by
Penelope Skinner, is to open in the
West End next month.
Visitors to the capital will be able to see the production between 10th March and 10th April at the
Bush Theatre. Situated in the heart of Theatreland, the venue is just a short taxi ride away from the
five star Claridge's hotel, where guests can enjoy a luxury pre-show meal at the
Gordon Ramsay restaurant before heading to the event.
Laurence Fox is set to lead the cast of the Polly Findlay-directed play, which tells the story of the unlikely meeting of four people in London who have their beliefs put to the test by the demands of city life. Fox, who has starred in a number of TV and film productions including
Gosford Park and Becoming Jane, is set to be joined on stage by John Cummins, Sinead Matthews and Alison O'Donnell.
Eigengrau, which is pronounced ay-gen-gr-ow, describes the colour the eye sees when in "
perfect darkness".
Visit the
Bush Theatre for a night of black comedy after you check in to a luxury suite at
Claridge's.
