Discover the various different types of chocolate and get special tips about how to cook with it. Practical examples of how to make several of Claridge’s chocolate classics will be shown and, of course, tasted.
The Chocolate Master Class begins on 15th June 2013 over tea and coffee in Claridge's elegant Art Deco Foyer. This will be followed by a practical tutorial followed by a lunch with a delicious chocolate dessert.
Claridge's Chocolate Master Class is priced at £175 per person.
