We are, however, delighted to introduce you to Fera at Claridge’s. Under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan, Fera at Claridge’s offers a creative and natural take on modern British cuisine, inspired by the constant changing of the seasons. Simon Rogan’s beautifully artistic and tasty creations are designed using produce grown on his own farm in the Lake District, or from other small, artisan suppliers, sometimes harvested the same day as it appears on the menu.

Simon Rogan is also the inspiration behind Aulis, our innovative new development kitchen. By day, the chefs work here to devise and test new dishes for Fera; by night they entertain up to six guests who can book individual seats and taste anything up to 15 small plates.

Finally our magnificent art deco Foyer & Reading Room, under the direction of Executive Chef Martyn Nail, is the perfect alternative for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Claridge’s award-winning afternoon tea.
