      Once again Martyn Nail our Head Chef and Claridge’s Sommelier Charles Segond will host a series of wine dinners for 2015 with some of our favourite Champagne and wine producers.

      The experience begins at 6.30pm with aperitifs and an introduction to the wines of the evening, presented by a winery’s representative, followed by a four-course dinner served at 7.00pm. Each course of the dinner is expertly designed to perfectly complement the wines selected for the evening.

      Places are limited so an early reservation is strongly recommended. Should you wish to extend the Claridge’s experience with an overnight stay, we are offering a Wine Dinners Room Special.

      Dom Pérignon - £250.00

      One of the finest and most acclaimed Champagne. Dom Pérignon created Champagne as we know it and was enjoyed for decades by royalties and artists. In the recent years, some of Dom Pérignon new vintages has been released exclusively at Claridge’s before the rest of the world. On that dinner we will celebrate 2015’s new Cuvée yet to be  revealed.

      Gaja - £250

      Gaja is one of Italy’s best wine makers - the family have been making wine in Piedmont since 1859. It is Angelo Gaja who started making wine in 1961 that revolutionized the winery; some of the improvements were French oak ageing, temperature controlled fermentation, single vineyard production and green harvest. Ever since, he has always aimed to make the very best wines -  never releasing a vintage that did not meet the highest standards of the Barbaresco appellation. Nowadays, Gaja wines are very sought after and their whole range of wines, white or red, from Tuscany or Piedmont are of exceptional quality.

      Laurent Perrier - £175.00

      Laurent-Perrier was established in 1812, the house remains under the direction of the De Nonancourt family to this day. Laurent-Perrier pioneered the production of Ultra Brut champagne and set the benchmark for Rosé champagne using the Saignée method. Awarded with the Prince of Wales’s Royal Warrant and throughout the range, produces elegant champagnes.
