Welcome to the Wine Dinners at Claridge's, where exceptional cuisine meets the world's finest wines in the prestigious Mayfair area. 

The foundation of our Wine Dinners Program is our strong relationship with renowned wine producers, providing you with an exclusive chance to sample some of the globe's most esteemed wines.

Our events are held in the hotel's private dining rooms, presenting a sophisticated display of legendary wines. 

Lupo Thoenes, our Director of Wine, along with notable winemakers or Wine Masters, will greet you personally, offering a detailed and captivating insight into the evening's selections.

Under the guidance of our Culinary Director, Simon Attridge, our skilled kitchen team designs a custom wine pairing menu that flawlessly complements the selected wines, enhancing each course from the starter through to the exquisite cheese selection. 

Throughout the meal, you will be regaled with the rich histories, tasting profiles, and crafting processes of each wine, deepening your appreciation and enjoyment of the evening.

Christophe Pacalet - 20th November

Join us on the eve of Beaujolais Nouveau to celebrate with Christophe Pacalet, one of the region's most exciting winemakers. A micro-négociant from Cercié near Villié-Morgon, Christophe brings a unique background in biology, chemistry, and culinary arts to his craft. Guided by his late uncle, the legendary Marcel Lapierre, Christophe has been producing exceptional Beaujolais wines since 1999, staying true to his roots with wines full of humility and joy.
