Stay on track with your training goals during your stay, in our fitness centre with Mayfair skyline views free for guests to access all week long.
Our light, airy gym is fully equipped with Technogym equipment to help you keep up with your workouts, including:
- Cardio-vascular machines such as treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, a skierg, a 10-metre track and a rowing machine
- Strength and resistance machines
- Dumbbells and kettle bells ranging from 1kg-26kg
- Accessories such as exercise balls, Bosu ball, battle ropes and boxing bag
TV monitors and headphones will keep you entertained as you exercise. And, when you need refreshment, help yourself to mineral water, juice and fruit. There are male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers.
If you are looking for fresh workout ideas, our elite team of freelance professional coaches led by Steve Mellor, founder of AMP athletic in Marylebone, are on hand to help with one-to-one training sessions. These will take place in Claridge’s gym, or outside if you like the idea of training in a nearby park.
Our experienced team of personal trainers ensures these sessions are tailored to your goals – whether that is to improve stamina, maintain and build muscle tone or increase flexibility.
