Terms & Conditions

Rates include 20% VAT but exclude a 5% discretionary service charge. Lunch is exclusive of beverages.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% is due on 25 November 2025, and is also non-refundable. Full non-refundable payment is required for bookings made on or after 25 November.
Booking times for The Foyer & Reading Room, the French Salon and Drawing Room or Claridge's Restaurant will be confirmed at the time of booking by the reservations team.
Booking times for the horse-drawn carriage will be allocated by the Guest Services team and confirmed upon check-in.
Christmas trees are available in selected suites (Mayfair Suites and above).
