When should I book?
You can reserve a table for lunch and dinner up to 60 days in advance with our online reservations opening at midnight.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, and we would be happy to place you on the list. Please email our reservations team at firstname.lastname@example.org who can tell you more.
What is the dress code?
We do not have a dress code, so guest are welcome to wear whatever makes them most comfortable. Our guest within the hotel usually opt for a smart casual look.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, we make sure Claridge’s is fully accessible for guests with disabilities. Please contact us at email@example.com ahead of your visit if there is anything in particular we can help with.
What is the child policy?
All children are welcome. We do not have a children’s menu but can accommodate requests.
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
We are happy to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. Simply talk to us about this at least 48 hours before you’re due to dine with us.
What can you arrange for special occasions?
For special occasions, we are able to arrange numerous additional touches such as a specific beverage on arrival, a large celebration cake or a designer bouquet for an additional cost. Please email the reservations team at firstname.lastname@example.org to plan the perfect surprise.
Why do I need to provide my card details for the booking?
We ask for card details to secure your booking in case of a late cancellation or no-show. Changes or cancellations made anytime up to 24 hours before your reservation will not be charged.
